Refund Policy

Outlines conditions for canceling orders, and receiving reimbursements.

At "Cassandra TFT", we pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all of our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when our customers are not completely satisfied with their experience. To ensure that all of our customers are treated fairly, we have established the following refund policy:

If we fail to deliver your order within the delivery time range that you selected (6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, or 48 hours), we will offer you a full refund.

If you are not satisfied with the delivery, we will offer you a partial refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at cassandra.leino@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery. We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision within a reasonable timeframe.

We strive to resolve any issues our customers may have as soon as possible, and we ask that customers be willing to work with us to resolve any disputes before requesting a refund.
